1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Study architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements for interior fit-out works.

  • Prepare detailed work schedules, material lists, and manpower planning.

  • Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

2. Site Supervision & Execution

  • Supervise on-site fit-out works including partitioning, ceiling works, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes.

  • Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.

  • Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion within the set schedule.

3. Quality & Safety Control

  • Conduct quality checks for materials and workmanship.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.

  • Maintain proper documentation for inspections and approvals.

4. Material & Resource Management

  • Arrange procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the site.

  • Manage tools, equipment, and manpower efficiently.

  • Minimize material wastage and optimize resource utilization.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management and clients.

  • Record site variations, delays, and work changes for approvals.

  • Maintain proper as-built drawings and handover documents.

6. Client Communication

  • Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.

  • Address and resolve technical queries or site-related issues.

  • Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction with completed work.


Skills & Requirements (Optional for Job Posting)

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in interior fit-out works.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
